    Antivirals for Treatment of HIV Infections. Efavirenz 600 mg, Emtricitabine 200 mg, Tenofovir Disoproxil 245 mg.
    F.C. TABS.: 30. Adults: 1 tab dly on empty stmch. Under 18 yrs: Not recommend. Eldery: use with caution. Not recommend. in pts. with CLcr<50 ml/min. See lit.
    For use alone as a complete regimen or in
    comb. with other antiretroviral agents for
    the tmt of HIV-1 infect. in adults.
    C/I: Hypersens. to the product; Sev. hep.
    impair. (CPT, Class C); Co-admin. with
    terfenadine, astemizole, cisapride,
    midazolam, triazolam, pimozide,
    bepridil, or ergot alkaloids (for ex.
    ergotamine, dihydroergotamine,
    ergonovine, methylergonovine).
    Co-admin. with voriconazole. Co-admin.
    with herbal prep. cont. St. John’s wort
    (Hypericum perforatum).

    Antiretrovirals. Bictegravir 50 mg, Emtricitabine 200 mg, Tenofovir Alafenamide 25 mg.
    F.C. TABS.: 30. 1 tab×1/d with/without
    food. If the patient misses a dose
    within 18 hours of the time it is
    usually taken, the patient should take
    the drug as soon as possible and
    resume the normal dosing schedule.
    If a patient misses a dose by more
    than 18 hours, the patient should not
    take the missed dose and simply
    resume the usual dosing schedule.
    If the patient vomits within 1 hour of
    taking the drug another tablet should
    be taken. If a patient vomits more
    than 1 hour after taking the drug they
    do not need to take another dose of
    the drug until the next regularly
    scheduled dose.
    Treatment of adults infected with human
    immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) without
    present or past evidence of viral resistance
    to the integrase inhibitor class,
    emtricitabine or tenofovir.
    C/I: Hypersens.
    Co-admin. with rifampicin and St John’s
    Wort (Hypericum perforatum).

    TABS.: 30. 1 tab×1/d with food. in case of missed a dose of the drug by more than 12 hrs. close to the time of next dose, missed dose should not be taken, simply resume the usual dosing schedule. In case of vomit. within 1 h. of taking the drug, another tab. should be taken. In case of vomit. more than 1 h. after taking this drug, re-adminst. is not necessar. See lit.
    Indic. In comb. with other anti-retrov. meds. products for the tmt. of HIV-1 infect. adult. over 18 yrs. of age. In comb. with safer sex practices for preexposure prophylax. to reduce the risk of sexual. acquir. HIV-1 infec. in adult. at high risk.

    Adult., paed. 6 yrs. and older, wt. at least 25 kg: 1 tab. ×1/d with food. If the pt. misses a dose within 18 hrs. of the time it is usual. taken, the pt. should take the drug with food as soon as possible and resume the normal dosing schedule. If a pt. misses a dose by more than 18 hrs., the pt. should not take the missed dose and simply resume the usual dosing schedule. If the pt. vomit. within 1 h of taking the drug another tab. should be taken.
    Tmt. of adults & adolesc. (aged 12 yrs.& older with bdy. wt. at least 35 kg) and In child. aged 6 yrs. & older with bdy wt at least 25 kg for whom alternative regimens are unsuitable due to toxicities infect. with HIV 1 without any known mutations assoc. with resist. to the integrase inhib. class, emtricitabine or tenofovir.
    C/I: Hypersens. Co-admin. α 1-adrenorecep. antag.: alfuzosin. antiarrhythmics: amiodarone, quinidine. Anticonvulsant.: carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin. antimycobacterials: rifampicin. Ergot derivate.: dihydroergotamine, ergometrine, ergotamine. GI motil. agents: cisapride. Herb. products: St. John’s wort (Hyperic.  perforat.). HMG Co-A reductase inhibit.: lovastatin, simvastatin. neuroleptics/antipsychotics: pimozide, lurasidone. PDE-5 inhibit.: sildenafil for the tmt. of pulmon. arter. hypertens. sedatives/hypnotics: orally admin. midazolam, triazolam.
