Antiretrovirals. Emtricitabine 200 mg, Elvitegravir 150 mg, Cobicistat 150 mg. FILM COAT. TABS.:30.
Adult., paed. 6 yrs. and older, wt. at least 25 kg: 1 tab. ×1/d with food. If the pt. misses a dose within 18 hrs. of the time it is usual. taken, the pt. should take the drug with food as soon as possible and resume the normal dosing schedule. If a pt. misses a dose by more than 18 hrs., the pt. should not take the missed dose and simply resume the usual dosing schedule. If the pt. vomit. within 1 h of taking the drug another tab. should be taken.
Tmt. of adults & adolesc. (aged 12 yrs.& older with bdy. wt. at least 35 kg) and In child. aged 6 yrs. & older with bdy wt at least 25 kg for whom alternative regimens are unsuitable due to toxicities infect. with HIV 1 without any known mutations assoc. with resist. to the integrase inhib. class, emtricitabine or tenofovir.
C/I: Hypersens. Co-admin. with: Alfuzosin, amiodarone, quinidine, dihydroergotamine, ergometrine, ergotamine, cisapride, lovastatin, simvastatin, lomitapide, pimozide, lurasidone, sildenafil for tmt. of pulmon. arter. Hypertens., midazolam, triazolam, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampicin, St. John’s wort (Hyperic. perfora.), dabigatran.
Antiretrovirals. Elvitegravir 150 mg, Cobicistat 150 mg, Emtricitabine 200 mg, Tenofovir Disoproxil 245 mg. TABS.:30. 1 tab. ×1/d with food. If the pt. misses a dose within 18 hrs. of the time it is usual. taken, the pt. should take the drug with food as soon as possible and resume the normal dosing schedule. If a pt. misses a dose by more than 18 hrs., the pt. should not take the missed dose and simply resume the usual dosing schedule. If the pt. vomit. within 1 h of taking the drug another tab. should be taken.
C/I: Hypersens. Pts. who have prev. discount. tmt. with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate due to renal tox. , with/without reversal of the effects post-discont. Co-admin. with the follow. med. products due to the potent. for serious and/or life-threat. events or loss of virologic response and possible resist. to this drug: α-1-adrenorecep. antagon.: alfuzosin -antiarrhythmics: amiodarone, quinidine Anticonvuls.: carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin , antimycobacterials: rifampicin, ergot derivatives: dihydroergotamine, ergometrine, ergotamine. GI motil. agents: cisapride. Herb. products: St. John’s wort HMG Co-A reductase inhib.: lovastatin, simvastatin , neuroleptics: pimozide PDE-5 inhib. : sildenafil for tmt. of pulmon. arter. hypertens. Sedat./hypnotics: orally admin. midazolam, triazolam.
Antiretrovirals. Lenacapavir 463.5 mg. Sol for SC inj. Vials 2 X 463.5 mg in 1.5 ml
On Day 1 and Day 2, 600 mg Sulenca Tabs. /d taken orally. On Day 8,
300 mg/d taken orally. Then, on Day 15, 927 mg admin by SC inject. Maint. dose is 927 mg SC inject. every 6 months (26 weeks) from last inject. (+/- 2 weeks).
In comb. with other antiretroviral(s), for the tmt. of adlts with multidrug resist. HIV-1 infect. for whom it is not possible to constr. a suppress. anti-viral regimen.
C/I:Hypersens. Co-admin. with strong inducers of CYP3A, P-gp, and UGT1A1, such as: rifampicin/ carbamazepine, phenytoin/
St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)

On Day 1 and Day 2, 600 mg Sulenca Tabs. /d taken orally. On Day 8,
300 mg/d taken orally. Then, on Day 15, 927 mg admin by SC inject
In comb. with other antiretroviral(s), for adlts. with multidrug resist. HIV-1 infect. for whom it is not possible to constr. a suppress. anti-viral regimen, for oral loading prior to admin. of long-acting lenacapavir inject.
