For autologous use only. Tmt. consists of a sgle dose for inf. containing a dispersion of CAR-pos. viable T cells in one or more bags. The target dose is 420 x 10⁶ CAR-pos. viable T cells within a range of 260 to 500 x 10⁶ CAR-pos. viable T cells.
For adults with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior ther., incl. an immunomodulatory agent, a proteasome inhib. and an anti-CD38 antibody and have demonstr. dis. progress. on the last ther.
C/I:  Hypersens.

Myosin inhibitor. mavacamten 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg.

Recommend. starting dose is 5 mg orally once/d without regard to food; allowable subseq. doses with titration are 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg orally once/d. The max. recommend. dose is 15 mg /d. See lit.

Anticholinergic agent. Trospium Chloride 20 mg, 30 mg, xanomeline 50 mg, 100 mg, 125 mg.
Caps 56/60 X 50 +20 mg/100+20 mg/ 125+30 mg
Start. dosage is one 50 mg/20 mg caps, orally twice daily for at least 2 d. • Incr. to one 100 mg/20 mg caps. twice daily for at least 5 d. • Dosage may be incr. to one 125 mg/30 mg caps. twice daily based on tolerab. and response • Max. dosage is 125 mg/30 mg orally twice daily.
