For autologous use only. Tmt. consists of a sgle dose for inf. containing a dispersion of CAR-pos. viable T cells in one or more bags. The target dose is 420 x 10⁶ CAR-pos. viable T cells within a range of 260 to 500 x 10⁶ CAR-pos. viable T cells.
For adults with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior ther., incl. an immunomodulatory agent, a proteasome inhib. and an anti-CD38 antibody and have demonstr. dis. progress. on the last ther.
