Anticholinergic agent. Trospium Chloride 20 mg, 30 mg, xanomeline 50 mg, 100 mg, 125 mg. Caps 56/60 X 50 +20 mg/100+20 mg/ 125+30 mg
Start. dosage is one 50 mg/20 mg caps, orally twice daily for at least 2 d. • Incr. to one 100 mg/20 mg caps. twice daily for at least 5 d. • Dosage may be incr. to one 125 mg/30 mg caps. twice daily based on tolerab. and response • Max. dosage is 125 mg/30 mg orally twice daily.
Tmt of schizophrenia in adults.
C/I: Hypersens.: angioedema has been reported/ urinary retent. /moder. (Child-Pugh Class B) or sev. (Child-Pugh Class C) hep. impairm./ gastric retent./ untreated narrow-angle glaucoma

In pts. with ren. impair., the dosage may adjust to one tab. / d or one tab./d every other day.
Symptom. tmt. of urge incontinen. and /or incr. urin. frequency and urgency as may occur in pts. with overact bladder (e.g. idiopathic or neurolog. detrusor overactivity)..

Pts. with narrow-ang. glauc..
Pts. with tachycardia.
Pts. with Myasthenia G.
Pts. with GI disord., such as toxic megacolon.
Child. under the age of 12.
Anticholinergic agent. Trospium Chloride 15 mg ,30mg. TABS.:30. The recommended dosage: 15 mg (one tab. or half 30 mg tab.), ×3/d.
Or 30 mg in the morn. (two 15 mg tabs. or one 30 mg tab.) and 15 mg in the eve.
Pts. with ren.impair.:
Severe renal fail.(Cr/Cl 10-30 ml/ min/ 1.73 m2), do not exceed a max. dly. dosage of 15 mg.
Pts. with impaired liver function: See lit.
For the tmt. of vegetative bladder dysfunct. accompany. by urgency and/or frequency and/or urin. incontinence.
