Start. dosage is one 50 mg/20 mg caps, orally twice daily for at least 2 d. • Incr. to one 100 mg/20 mg caps. twice daily for at least 5 d. • Dosage may be incr. to one 125 mg/30 mg caps. twice daily based on tolerab. and response • Max. dosage is 125 mg/30 mg orally twice daily.
