Immunomodulator. Tacrolimus 0.03%. OINT: 30 g. Apply a thin layer to affect.
skin (on any part of the body, incl. face,
neck and flexure areas, except on
mucous membranes). Not to be
applied under occlus. Cont. tmt. until
clearance occurs. Generally,
improvement is seen within 1 wk. of
start of tmt. If no signs of improve.
seen aft. 2 wks., further tmt. options
should be considered. Can be used for
short term and intermitt. long term
tmt. Adult (16 yrs and over): Initial: 2 x
dly for up to 3 wks. Treat till clearance
of lesion. Maint. tmt: Apply 1 x dly,
twice wkly, wait 2-3 days betw. tmts.

adjust. not necess. Child (2 yrs and
over): Initial: 2 x dly for up to 3 wks.
Then transfer to 1 x dly till clearance of
lesion. Maint. tmt: Apply 1 x dly, twice
