Aminoglycoside, Corticosteroid. Dexamethasone 1 mg/g, Neomycin Sulphate 3,500 I.U./g, Polymyxin B Sulfate 6,000 I.U./g.
OINT: 3.5 g. Child. & Adult. (include. the Elderly): Small amount (1-1.5 cm) applied in the conjunct. sac 3 -4 times dly., or use as a supplem. to the eye drop. at bedtime. After applic. of the oint., look downward for a moment before closing the eyes.
Short-term tmt. steroid response conds. when proph. antibiot. tmt. also reqd.
C/I: Hypersens. Herpes simp. keratitis. Vaccinia, varicella, and other viral infec. of cornea or conjunctiva. Fungal dis. of ocular structures or untreat. parasitic eye infec. Mycobact. ocular infec.

advanced glaucoma.

Antibacterial, Antifungal, Corticosteroid. Clotrimazole 1%, Dexamethasone (as Acetate) 0.044%, Neomycin Sulphate 0.645%.
CREAM: 15 g, 30 g. Apply 2-3 x dly.
Mycotic skin infect. with inflamm. and/or
infect.

Antibiotics. Clotrimazole 1%, Dexamethasone Acetate 0.044%, Neomycin Sulphate 0.645%.
CREAM: 10 g, 15 g. Apply to affect. areas 2 x dly morn, and even. Cont. for several
days aft. sympts. subside (should be in
8-10 days).
Mycot. infects. skin with inflamm. and/or
second. infects.
C/I: Hypersens., T.B., herpes simplex,
varicella, vaccinia, ext. aud. canal,
perforat. eardrum.
