Antibiotics. Erythromycin 2%. SOLN (dab-on bottle): 25 ml. Adults and
children above 12 years of age: Apply
twice daily.
Acne vulgaris.
C/I: Known hypersens to erythromycin.
Antibiotics. Erythromycin 2%. SOLN: 25 ml. 2 x dly. to affect. areas.
Acne.
Antibiotics, Tretinoid. Erythromycin 4 g / 100 g, Tretinoin (See Vit. A) 0.025 g / 100 g. SOLN: 25 ml. Apply to affect area 1-2 x
dly.
All forms acne, non-inflamm. with
comedones, inflamm. with papules and
pustules, espec. in fat rich skin.
C/I: Hypersens., fam. history cutan.
epitheliom., acute ecz., rosacea, acute
inflamm. conds. espec. round mouth,
sunburn, concom, with other keratolyt.

Antibiotics. Mupirocin (as calcium) 2% w/w. OINT: 3 g. Apply small amount (size of
pea) to inside of ea. nostril 2-3 x dly for
5-7 days. May use a swab for inf. and
ill.
Elim. of staph. incl. MRSA from nasal
passage.
C/I: Hypersens.
Antibiotics. Chloramphenicol 3%. OINT: 10 g. Apply as directed.
Bact. skin infects.
Antibiotics, Antifungal, Corticosteroid. Ciclopirox Olamine 1%, Clobetasone Butyrate 0.05%, Gentamicin (as sulfate) 0.1%. CREAM, 15 g, 30 g. Spread thin layer on
affect. area 2 x dly. Can repeat up to 3 x
dly. if reqd. Reduce with improv.
Top. tmt. skin inflamm. with bact. and/or
mycot. infect.
C/I: Hypersens., viral infects.
