Antibacterial. Chloramphenicol 0.2%, Polymyxin B Sulfate 2500 U/ml.
EYE DROPS: 10 ml. As reqd.
Infects. caused by suscept. bacteria.

Antibacterial. Chloramphenicol 3%.
OINT: 10 g. Apply 3-4 x dly.
Gram +tve, –tve bact., certain protozoa,
rickettsia and virus-like infects., fic.
pyodermas, impetigo, acute folliculit.,
seborrh.-like streptoderm., infect. ecz.
dermatit.

Antibiotics. Chloramphenicol 5%.
EYE OINT: 3.6 g. Apply every 3 hrs; if
necess. continue for first 48 hrs.
fic. infects. conjunct. and/or cornea.

Corticosteroid. Chloramphenicol 3%, Prednisolone 0.5%.
OINT: 10 g, 20 g. Apply 2-4 x dly.
Infect. eczema, prurit. lesions, angular
stomatit., impetigo, otit. ext., pyoderma.,
orgs. sens. to chloramphen.
