Essenteial hypertension, renovascular hypertension, congestive heart failure in patients not controlled adequately by digitalis and diuretic therapy.

Hypersensitivity to components, history of angioedema from previous treatment, ACE inhibitors, pregnancy.

History of angioedema, excessive hypotension. In volume or salt-depleted persons, such as those treated vigorously with diuretics or patients on dialysis. Severe CHF, ischemic heart or cerebrovascular disease, renal impairment, collagen vascular disease, lactation, pediatrics.

Dizziness, headache, fatigue, diarrhea, upper respiratory symptoms and cough, nausea, hypotension, rash, orthostatic effects, asthenia, chest pain, vomiting, dyspnea and dyspepsia.
