1 caplet daily in the morning, or 2 caplets daily, in the morning and in the evening. Uncomplicated lower urinary tract infection: 100 mg twice a day. Uncomplicated gonorrhea: 400 mg once a day. Infections of kidneys, urinary tract, reproductive organs, abdominal cavity (including bacterial diarrhea), respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, skin, soft tissues: 200 mg twice a day. Severe infections, insufficient response to treatment, specific groups of patients, prophylaxis: See lit.

Bacterial infections due to ofloxacin-susceptable microorganisms, such as upper and lower urinary tract infection, lower respiratory tract infections, uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhea, non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis, skin and soft tissue infections.

Pregnancy, lactation, hypersensitivity to ofloxacin, quinolones or to any of the excipients, epilepsy, convulsions, tendon problems, myasthenia gravis, G6PD deficiency, children and adolescents under 18 years of age. See lit.
