coma.
C/I: Hypersens., galactosem., bowel
obstruct.

cleanse., gen. post-op care, fecal/barium
impact.

enema as reqd; 2-12 yrs: 1/2 tube;

SYRUP: 250 ml, 1,000 ml. Load.
dose: 30 ml for 3-5 days. Maint: 15-30 ml
dly.

SOLN: 200 ml, 300 ml, 500 ml. Initial
(adults incl. elderly): 15 ml 2 x dly for 3
days. Maint: 7.5-15 ml 2 x dly. Child
5-10 yrs: Initial: 10 ml 2 x dly for 3 days.
Maint. 5-7.5 ml 2 x dly. Child 1-5 yrs:
Initial 5 ml 2 x dly for 3 days. Maint:
2.5-5 ml 2 x dly. Under 1 yr: Initial 2.5
ml 2 x dly for 3 days. Maint: 1.25-2.5 ml
2 x dly. Hepat. coma, pre-coma: Initial
30-50 ml 3 x dly.
Constipat.

Osmotic Laxative. Polyethylene Glycol 3350 315 gr, Potassium Chloride 1.1175 gr, Sodium Bicarbonate 4.2840 gr, Sodium Chloride 8.4240 gr.
SOLN: 3 litres. Drink 240 ml (1 glass) at
intervals of 10 mins. until consumed.
Bowel cleansing prior to colonoscopy,
barium enema x-ray.
C/I: Hypersens., toxic colit. Peristaltic
disord., bowel perfor., bowel obstruct.,
dilated bowels.
