greater than 4cm2 in male should be
treat. under direct med. supervis.
Otherwise tmt. at home.
Ext. genital warts.
C/I: Hypersens., Pregn, lact., child. under
12 yrs. old. Inflamed or bleed. pointed
condylomata, or open wounds follow.

Treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus
(HCV) infection in adults.
Meds. that are strong P-gp and/or strong P450 CYP induc.(carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampicin, rifabutin and St. John’s wort).
Antivirals. Elbasvir 50 mg, Grazoprevir 100 mg. F.C. TABS.: 28. The recomm. dosage is 1 tab×1/d taken orally with/without food. For tmt. regimen and duration of ther. See lit.
Tmt. of chron. hepatitis C (CHC) genotypes 1 or 4 infec. in adults.
C/I: Pts. with known hypersens. to elbasvir, grazoprevir.
Pts. with moder. or sev. hep. impair. (ChildPugh B or C).
Concomit. use with inhibit. of organic anion transporting polypeptides 1B1/3 (OATP1B1/3).
Concomit. use with ribavirin.
