dihydropyridine, pregn., lact., childbearing

cyclosporine, strong inhibits. of CYP3A4,
grapefruit juice.

Concom. use with antifungals,
macrolides, antivirals, cyclosporine,
Grapefruit/ grapefruit juice. Assoc. with
aliskiren-contain. meds. in pts. with diab.
mell. or ren. impair., facial edema, lips,
tongue/throat, hands, feet (heredit./
associat. with use of ace inhib.): tissue
swell (heredit. trend. /unknown origin).
