dihydropyridine, pregn., lact., childbearing
potential unless using
contracept., left ventric. outflow
obstruct., untreated CCF, unstable ang.
pect., within 1 mth. M.I., severe ren./
hepat. impair., co-admin. with
cyclosporine, strong inhibits. of CYP3A4,
grapefruit juice.

lact., uncontrol. cardiac fail., obstruct.
cardiac blood flow, unst.ang. (at rest or
progress. incr.), within 1 month of MI,
severe ren./hepat. dysfunct., co-admin.

Uncontrol. CHF. Left ventric. outflow
tract obstruct. Unstable ang. pect. (at
rest or progress. incr.) Pts. within 1 m.
after MI. Severe ren.,/hepat. impair.
Concom. use with antifungals,
macrolides, antivirals, cyclosporine,
Grapefruit/ grapefruit juice. Assoc. with
aliskiren-contain. meds. in pts. with diab.
mell. or ren. impair., facial edema, lips,
tongue/throat, hands, feet (heredit./
associat. with use of ace inhib.): tissue
swell (heredit. trend. /unknown origin).
