Aminoglycoside Antibiotic, Steroid. Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate 1 mg, Neomycin Sulphate 5 mg, Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 IU.
Ear drops: 5 ml
Adults: Instill 2-3 drops into ear 3-4 Xd. Chldr: 1-2 drops into ear 3-4 Xd
 For superficial bact.infect. of the ext. auditory canal, caused by
organisms susceptible to the action of the antibiotics.
C/I:  hypersens.incl to aminoglicosides/perf. ear drum/ viral, fungal infect or TB.

EYE, EAR, NASAL DROPS: 10 ml. Eye
drops: As reqd.; Ear drops: 2-3 drops
3-4 x dly; Nose drops: 1-2 drops 3-4 x
dly.
Inflamms. caused by secondary bact.
infect.

Corticosteroid. Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate 20 mg/ml.
FORTE AMPS: 3, 5, 10 x 1 ml x 20 mg. 1-6
mg/kg bdy. wt. in single I.V. inject., to
40 mg, followed by rpt. I.V. injects.
every 2-6 hrs while shock persists.
Adjunct. tmt. severe shock.
