Protease Inhibitors. Darunavir 800 mg. F.C. TABS.:30. 800 mg×1/d admin. every day at the same time, and always with 100 mg of ritonavir with food. See lit.
Indicated in co-admin.with 100 mg ritonavir and with other antiretrov. agents, for the tmt. of HIV-1infec. for pts. over 18 yrs. of age.
C/I: Hypersensitivity to active substance or to any of its excipients. Pts. under 18 yrs. old age. For pts. with hep. impair., addit. blood tests may be required.

agents, is indicated for the tmt. of HIV‐1 infec. for over 18 yrs. of age.
Darunavir Teva co‐admin.with 100 mg ritonavir, and with other antiretroviral
agents, is indicated for the tmt. of HIV‐1.
infection for over 18 yrs. of age.

Pts. with hep.impair.
Concom. use with avanafil, terfenadine ,astemizole ,midazolam, triazolam, cisapride, colchicine, sertindole, quetiapine, pimozide, lurasidone, dihydroergotamine, methylergonovine , ergometrine , quinidine, ivabradine, dronedarone, bepridil, amiodarone, ranolazine , lomitapide, simvastatin, lovastatin, ritonavir/lopinavir product comb., grazoprevir/elbasvir comb., alfuzosin, sildenafil, ticagrelor, dabigatran, naloxegol, dapoxetine, domperidone, St. john wart (hypericum perforatum).
