Dosage
One capsule twuca a day, on an empty stomach, or at least one hour before or 2-3 hours after a meal.
Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water immediately following its removal from the blister.
Not to be taken with grapefruits or grapefruit juice.

Indications
Prophylaxis of transplant rejection in liver, kidney or heart allograft recipients. Treatment of allograft rejection resistant to treatment with other immunosuppressive medical products.
Contra-Indications
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients. Hypersensitivity to antibiotics of the macrolide group. Lactation. Coadministration with cyclosporine.
Special Precautions
Substitution with another tacrolimus product is not allowed, unless the physician in the transplant unit is aware of the substitution and has approved it. See prescribing information for full details.
Important notes
Do not replace with another tacrolimus preparation, unless the doctor from the transplant clinic approves it.
