The generally accepted dosage is one drop once a day, in the morning or in the evening, in each eye that requires treatment.

Reduction of intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to topical beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues.  

Hypersensitivity to bimatoprost, timolol, beta blockers or to any of the other ingredients.
Patients with respiratory problems such as asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Patients with cardiac disorders such as bradycardia, heart block or heart failure.
Lactation.
