incr. response to verapamil lower init.
doses of 120 mg dly may be warranted

titrat. to max. 2 caplets dly. See lit.
Angina pectoris: 1 caplet 2 x dly. Some
pts respond to lower dose. Adjust. to 1
caplet dly. See lit.
Elderly: adult dose unless liver/renal
funct. impair. See lit.
Children: not recommend. See lit.
