hypersens. react. to this product or
Saxagliptin, such as anaphylaxis,
angioedema, or exfoliative skin
conditions.

add-on comb. ther: 5 mg 1 x dly with
metformin, a thiazolidimedione or
sulfonylurea. Initial comb. ther: 5 mg
saxagliptin + metformin 500 mg 1 x

hepat. impair: No dose adjust.
