Indications
For the treatment of symptoms of depression in patients with or without a history of mania. Following satisfactory response, continuation with sertraline therapy is effective in preventing relapse of the initial episode of depression or recurrence of further depressive episodes.
Contra-Indications
Known hypersensitivity to sertraline or to any other ingredient of the preparation. Concomitant use in patients taking MAO inhibitors.

Drug interactions
MAO inhibitors, TCADs, diazepam tolbutamide, cimetidine, warfarin. Centrally acting drugs, NSAIDs and other drugs affecting platelet function. St. John’s wort.
