Dosage
To achieve contraceptive effectiveness, NuvaRing must be used as directed (See prescribing information for How to use NuvaRing’ and ‘How to start NuvaRing’).
Paediatric population: The safety and efficacy of NuvaRing in adolescents under the age of 18 have not been studied.
Indications
Contraception for women aged 18-40 years.
Contra-Indications
Pregnancy, lactation.

Side Effects
Most serious: As with other hormonal contraceptives. Any others are rare.
