Adults and children above 12 years of age:
For treatment of heartburn: 1 Famotidine Teva 20 mg tablet per day.
For prevention of heartburn: 1 Famotidine Teva 20 mg tablet per day, with water, one hour before eating food or drinking beverages that may cause heartburn.
