C/I: Hypersens. Pts. who have suffered from MI in past 6 mnths. prior initiat. of ther., unstab. angin., stroke or TIA, decompens. heart fail. that required hospitaliz. or class III or IV heart fail. Pts. with high-degree AV block or sick sinus syndr., unless they have function. pacemaker. Pts. with a baseline QTc interv. ≥ 500 ms. Concom. use with Class Ia or Class III anti-arrhyth. meds.

2 mg etrasimod once/d.
Treatment of patients 16 years of age and older with mod. to sev. active ulcerative colitis (UC) who have had an inadeq. response, lost response, or were intol. to either conventional ther., or a biological agent.
C/I: Hypersens./Immunodeficient state/Pts who in the last 6 months experienced MI, unstable angina pectoris, stroke, transient ischaemic attack (TIA), decompensated HF requiring hospital., or NYHA Class III/IV HF/Pts. with hist. or presence of Mobitz type II second-degree or third-degree atrioventricular (AV) block, sick sinus syndr., or sino-atrial block, unless ptt. has a functioning pacemaker/Sev. act. infect., act. chron. infect. such as hepatitis or TB/Active malign./ Severe hepatic impairm./
Pregn. and in women of childbearing potent. not using effective contraception.
