again at 3 months, follow. by every 6 months
For adlts with primary hypercholesterolaemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) or mixed dyslipidaemia, as an adjunct to diet.
In comb. with a statin or statin with other lipid-lowering ther. in pts. unable to reach LDL-C goals with max. toler. dose of a statin.
Alone or in comb. with other lipid-lowering ther. in pts. who are statin-intol., or for whom statin is contraindic.
