Orexin Receptor Antagonist. Lemborexant 5 mg, 10 mg. FC. Tabs. X28
Recommended dosage is 5 mg, no more than once/night, immediately before going to bed, with at least 7 hs remaining before the planned time of awakening. The dose may be incr. to the max. of 10 mg based on clinical response and tolerab. Time to sleep onset may be delayed if taken with or soon after a meal.
Tmt of adults with insomnia, characterized by difficulties with sleep onset and/or sleep mainten.
C/I:Hypersens. Narcolepsy.

For adlts: one tab. of 50 mg per night (max. DD), taken in the evening within 30 minutes before going to bed. Based on clinical judgement, some pts may be treated with 25 mg once per nigh
For adlts with insomnia characterised by sympt. present for at least 3 months and considerable impact on daytime functioning
C/I: Hypersens./Narcolepsy/ Concom. use with strong CYP3A4 inhib.
