Pulmonary arterial HT/ Within 14 days of the admin. of monoamine oxidase inhib. due to an incr. risk of serotonin syndr.
Centrally Acting Sympathomimetics. Lisdexamfetamine 10 mg/ml. Bottle, oral sol. 100 ml
ADHD: starting dosage in adults and ped. pts 6 years and older is 30 mg (equivalent to 3 ml) once/d in the morning. Dosage may be adj. in incr. of 10 mg (equivalent to 1 ml) or 20 mg (equivalent to 2 ml) at approx. weekly intervals up to max. dosage of 70 mg (equivalent to 7 ml) once/d.
Moderate to Severe BED in Adults: starting dosage in adults is 30 mg (equivalent to 3 ml) once /d to be titrated in incr. of 20 mg (equivalent to 2 ml) at approx. weekly intervals to achieve target dose of 50 to 70 mg (equivalent to 5 ml to 7 ml) once daily. The max. dosage is 70 mg/once daily (equivalent to 7 ml/once daily).

C/I:Hypersens. Known hypersens. to amphetamine prod. Anaphylactic reactions, Stevens Johnson Syndrome, angioedema, and urticaria have been observed in post-marketing reports./Pts taking monoamine oxidase inhibit. (MAOIs), or within 14 days of stopping MAOIs (incl. MAOIs such as linezolid or intravenous methylene blue), because of an incr. risk of hypertensive crisis

Adlts: recomm. start. dose is 12.5 mg /d, titr. grad. to the recomm. target dose of 200 mg/d. Based on clin. response, dose may be incr. to a max of 400 mg/d. See lit. for recommen. titrat. sched. which should not be exceeded because of potent. ser. adv. reactions.
For the adjunctive tmt. of focal-onset seizures with or w/o sec. generalisation in adlt. ptts. with epilepsy who have not been adeq. controlled despite tmt. with at least 2 anti-epil. medic. prod.
