• Induction: 900 mg (18 ml) twice/d for 21 days.
• Maint.: After induct. or in adlts with inactive CMV retinitis, 900 mg (18 ml) once/d.
Prevent. of CMV Dis:
• For adlts who have received a heart or kidney-pancreas transplant, 900 mg (18 ml) once/d within 10 days of transplant. until 100 days post-transplant.
• For adlts who have received a kidney transplant, 900 mg (18 ml) once/d within 10 days of transplant. until 200 days post-transplant.
