VIAL FOR INJECT: 1 x 12.5 mg/50 ml
(0.25 mg/ml).
INFUS. BAG: 1 x 12.5 mg/250 ml (0.05
mg/ml). Initial: 0.4 μg/kg/min of
diluted sol. by I.V. Then 0.1 μg/kg/min.
