All the Active Ingredient Drugs
Immunomodulator. Pomalidomide 1, 2, 3, 4 mg. HARD CAPS.:21 x 1 mg, 2 mg, 3 mg,
4 mg. 4 mg × 1/d taken orally on 1st to
21st of repeated 28-day cycles. The
recommended dose of dexamethasone
is 40 mg ×1/d on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of each 28-day tmt. cycle. Dosing is cont. / modified based upon clin. and lab. findings. Tmt. should be discount. upon
progress. of dis. Pts. >75 yrs. of age, the
start. dose of dexamethasone is 20 mg
×1/d on Days 1st , 8th , 15th and 22nd of
each 28-day treatment cycle.
In comb. with dexamethasone , tmt. of
adult pts. with relapsed and refractory
multiple myeloma who have received at
least 2 prior tmt. regimens, includ. both
lenalidomide and bortezomib, and have
demonst. dis. progress. on the last ther.
C/I: Hypersens., preg., WOCBP unless all
the cond.of the Risk Manag.Program –
(RMP-PPP) are met. Male pts. unable to
follow or comply with the required
contracep. measures.
Angiogenesis Inhibitor. Pomalidomide 1 mg, 2 mg, 3 mg, 4 mg. HC 14/20/21/28/30/X 1/2/3/4 mg
4mg X1/d on 1-21 days of 28-days cycles. Dosing to be modif. based on clin. and lab. findings. Discont. upon dis. progress.
In combin. with bortezomib and dexamethasone for adlt. pts. with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior tmt. regimen incl. lenalidomide.
In combin. with dexamethasone for adlt. pts. with relapsed and refract. multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior tmt., incl. both lenalidomide and bortezomib, and have demonstr. dis. progress. on the last ther.
C/I: Hypersens. Pregn. Women of childbearing pot. unless on PPP. Male pts. unable to comply with contraception.
