5-HT3 Antagonist, Selective Antagonist of NK1 Receptors. Netupitant 300 mg, Palonosetron (hydrochloride) 0.5 mg.
CAP.: 1. One 300 mg / 0.5 mg cap. should be administered approx. one h.  prior to the start of each chemother. cycle. The recommend. oral dexamethasone dose should be reduced by approx. 50 % when co-admin. with this formul.
Preven.of acute & delayed nausea and vomit. assoc.  with init. and repeat courses of cancer chemoth., includ., but not limited to, highly emetogenic chemother.
C/I: Hypersens., preg.

Serotonin 2C Receptor Agonist. Palonosetron 0.05 mg/mi.
Vial, Sol for IV inf., 1X 5ml
250 microg admin. as a sgle IV bolus approx. 30 min. before  start of chemother. to be inject. over 30 seconds. The efficacy of this drug in the prevent. of nausea and vomit. induced by highly emetogenic chemother. may be enhanced by the addit. of a corticoster. admin. prior to chemother. Child. and adolesc. (aged 1 month to 17 years): 20 microg/kg (max. total dose should not exceed 1500 microg) palonosetron admin. as a sgle 15 min. IV infus. beginning approx. 30 min. before start of chemother.
In adlts and in paed. ptts. 1 month of age and older for the prevent. of ac. nausea and vomit. assoc. with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, and prevent. of nausea and vomit. assoc. with moder. emetogenic cancer chemotherapy.
C/I: Hypersens.

Chldr:  20 mcg/kg (maximum 1500 micrograms) as a sgle 15 minute IV inf.
In adults and in paed. pts  > 1 month for the prevention of acute nausea and vomiting assoc. with highly emetogenic cancer chemother., and prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with moder. emetogenic cancer chemother.
C/I: Hypersens.

VIALS (sol. for inject.): 1 x 5 ml. 0.25 mg
I.V. as single dose over 30 secs. approx.
30 mins. bef. start chemo. Repeat.
dose within 7-day interval not
recommend. Not to be mixed with
other drugs. Flush infus. line with
normal saline bef. and aft. admin.
Elderly/ren./hep. impair: No dose
adjust.
Prevent chemo.-induced naus. and
vomit. (CINV).
