Vial. Pwder for disp. for inf. 1 X 100 mg
Breast cancer: 260 mg/m² IV every 3 weeks.
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma: 125 mg/m² IV on Days 1, 8 and 15 of each 28-day cycle.
For metast. breast cancer in adlts who have failed first-line tmt. for metast. dis. and for whom standard,anthracycline containing ther. is not indicated.
In combin. with gemcitabine for the first-line tmt of adlts with metast. adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.
C/I: Hypersens. Lactation. Baseline neutrophil counts <1500 cells/mm³.
