    SOLN (conc. for infus.): 10 ml, 20 ml, 40 ml. Adults only. Adjuv. setting: 85 mg/m2 I.V. every 2 wks for 12 cycles (6 mths). Metastat. colorect. cancer: 85 mg/m2 I.V. every 2 wks.
    In comb. with fluorouracil and folic acid for adjuv. tmt. stage III (Duke’s C) colon cancer aft. complete resect. prim. tumor, metastat. colorect. cancer.
