twice dly. (1,440 mg dly. dose) of
Mycophenolic Acid. See lit.
Indicated in comb. with ciclosporin
&corticost. for the prophylax. of acute
transplant reject. in adult pts. receiv.
allogeneic renal transplant.
C/I: Hypersens. WOCBP who are not
using highly effect. contracep. methods.
The drug should not be init. WOCBP
without provid. a preg. test result to rule
out unintended use in preg.
Preg. -unless there is no suitable
alternat. tmt. to prevent transplant
reject. Lact.
