Pts. with sev. anaemia, sev. hypotens.
Pts. with closed angle glaucoma.
Pts. with sev. hypovolaem.
Concom. with PDE-5 inhib. (e.g. sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil).
Concom. use with riociguat.

Acute MI with low filling pressure, acute circulatory failure, very low BP, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyop., constrict. Pericard., cardiac tamponade, low cardiac fill. press., aortic/mitral valve stenosis and dis. assoc. with raised intra-cranial press.
Severe anaemia, severe hypotension, closed angle glaucoma or severe hypovolaemia. Concom. use with Phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitors or riociguat.
