5 mg once /d for the first 21 days of each 28-d cycle until dis. progress. or unaccept. tox.
For adlts. with metast. colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have been prev. treated with fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemother, an anti-VEGF ther., and, if RAS wild-type and medic, appropr., an anti-EGFR ther.
