Recommen. starting dose: 4 mg once/d. Based upon indiv. response, dose may be incr. to 8 mg once/d. Max. DD is 8 mg.
Tmt.of the symptoms (incr. urinary freq. and/or urgency and/or urgency incontinence) that may occur in pts with overactive bladder syndr.
C/I: Hypersens/ Urinary retention/Gastric retention/ Uncontrolled narrow angle glaucoma/Myasthenia gravis/ Sev. hep. impairment (Child Pugh C)/
Concom. use of potent CYP3A4 inhib. in subjects with mod. to sev. hepatic or renal impairment /Sev. UC/ Toxic megacolon.
