Comb. with substrates for the multidrug efflux transporter P-gp or the organ. anion transport. proteins and for which elevat. plasma conc. are assoc. with serious and/or life-threaten. events, e.g. bosentan, dabigatran etexilate, aliskiren. see lit.
Cyclosporine. Cyclosporine 0.05%. SINGLE USE VIALS: 32 x 0.4 ml. 1 drop 2
x dly into ea. eye ±12 hrs. apart. Can be
used concom. with artificial tears;
allow 15 min. betw. products.
Incr. tear product. due to ocular inflamm.
assoc. with keratoconjuntivit.
C/I: Active ocular infect., hypersens.,
while wearing contact lenses, pregn.
lact. child under 16 yrs.
