Macrolide. Clarithromycin 250 mg, 500 mg.
TABS: 14. 1 tab 2 x dly for 7-14 days.
Upper and lower respir. tract infects., skin
and soft tissue infects., mycobacterium
avium complex (MAC) infects. in AIDS, erad. helicobacter pylori infect. in comb.
with PPI (protein pump inhibitor). C/I:
Hypersens. to clarithromycin,
erythromycin or any macrolide antibiot,
pts. receiving terfenadine or astemizole.

Macrolide. Clarithromycin 125 mg / 5 ml.
PED. SUSP (Granules for reconstitut):
60 ml x 125 mg. 125 mg/5 ml 6 mths and
older: 15 mg/kg/day in 2 div. doses.
