    Corticosteroid, Vitamin D Analog. Calcipotriol 50 mcg/g, Betamethasone (as dipropionate) 0.5 mg/g.
    Oint:30/60/120 g. Apply to affected area once daily. The recomm. tmt. period is 4 wks. There is experience with repeated courses up to 52 w ks. If it is necessary to cont. or restart tmt. after 4 wks., tmt. should be cont. after med. review and under regular med. supervis.
    When using calcipotriol contain. med. products, the max. dly. dose should not exceed 15 g. The body surface area treated with calcipotriol contain. drugs  should not exceed 30% . See lit.
    Topical treatment of stable plaque

    psoriasis vulgaris amenable to topical

    therapy. For renal /hepatic impair. and  ped. pop. see lit.
    C/I: Hypersens. Pts with  erythrodermic, exfoliative and pustular psoriasis.
    Pts. with  known disorders of calcium metabolism .
    Pts. with viral (e.g. herpes or varicella) lesions of the skin, fungal or bacterial skin infections, parasitic infections, skin manifestations in relation to tuberculosis, perioral dermatitis, atrophic skin, striae atrophicae, fragility of skin veins, ichthyosis, acne vulgaris, acne rosacea, rosacea, ulcers and wounds.

    OINT.: 30, 60gr.  Oint. should be applied to the affect. area once dly.

    Antipsoriatics. Betamethasone (as dipropionate) 0.5 mg / 1 g, Calcipotriol (as hydrate) 50 mcg / 1 g.
    Gel: Bottle- 30 g, 60 g.
    Xamiol gel should be appl.  to affect. areas once dly. The recomm. tmt. period is 4 wks for scalp areas and 8 wks for “non-scalp” areas. If it is necessary to contin. or restart tmt. after this period, tmt. should be contin. after med. review and under regular med. supervis. When using calcipotriol contain. products, the max. dly. dose should not exceed 15 g. The body surface area treat. with calcipotriol contain. products should not exceed 30%. If used on the scalp: All the affected scalp areas may be treat. with Xamiol. Usual. an amount between 1g - 4g /d is suffic. for tmt. of the scalp (4 g corresp. to one teaspn). See lit.
    Topical tmt. of psoriasis vulgaris on the scalp and topical tmt. of mild to moder. “non-scalp” plaque psoriasis vulgaris in adults 18 yrs. of age and older.
    C/I:  Hypersens. to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
