    SUBLING. TABS: 60 x 5 mg, 10 mg. Tab.

    crushed, chewed, swallowed. Pt.
    should not eat/drink 10 mins. aft.
    admin. Schizophren: Acute tmt. in
    adults: 5 mg 2 x dly. Maint. tmt: Initial:
    5 mg 2 x dly with incr. up to 10 mg 2 x dly aft. 1 wk based on tolerabil.
    Periodical. reassess to determine need
    for maint. tmt. Bipolar dis: Acute tmt
    manic/mixed episodes assoc. with
    bipolar I disord. in adults: Monother:
    Initial: 10 mg 2 x dly. May decr. to 5 mg
    2 x dly. Adjunct. ther: Initial: 5 mg 2 x
    dly, with lithium/valproate. May incr. to
