Antifungal. Anidulafungin 100mg. VIAL:1. A single 200 mg load. dose should be admin. on Day 1, follow. by 100 mg dly. thereafter. Durati.of tmt. should be based on the pt’s. clinic. response. In general, antifung. ther. should cont. for at least 14 d. after the last positi. culture.
Durat. of tmt. There are insuffic. data to support the 100 mg dose for longer than 35 d. of tmt.
For IV use only, must not be admin. as a bolus inj. See lit.

C/I: Hypersens.
Hypersens. to other meds. products of the echinocandin class.

Adlts: A sgle. 200 mg loading dose admin. on Day 1, followed by 100 mg dly. thereafter. Durat. of tmt. based on the ptt's clin. resp. In gral., antifungal ther. should cont. for at least 14 days after last posit. cult., for a max of 35 days.
Paed. pop. (1 month to < 18 years) A sgle. loading dose of 3.0 mg/kg (not to exceed 200 mg) admin. on Day 1 followed by a dly. maint. dose of 1.5 mg/kg (not to exceed 100 mg) thereafter. Durat. of tmt. based on the ptt's clin. resp. In gral., antifungal ther. should cont. for at least 14 days after last posit. cult. See prescr. info.
Tmt. of invasive candidiasis in adlts. and ptts. aged 1 month to < 18 years.
