Adlts: A sgle. 200 mg loading dose admin. on Day 1, followed by 100 mg dly. thereafter. Durat. of tmt. based on the ptt's clin. resp. In gral., antifungal ther. should cont. for at least 14 days after last posit. cult., for a max of 35 days.
Paed. pop. (1 month to < 18 years) A sgle. loading dose of 3.0 mg/kg (not to exceed 200 mg) admin. on Day 1 followed by a dly. maint. dose of 1.5 mg/kg (not to exceed 100 mg) thereafter. Durat. of tmt. based on the ptt's clin. resp. In gral., antifungal ther. should cont. for at least 14 days after last posit. cult. See prescr. info.
Tmt. of invasive candidiasis in adlts. and ptts. aged 1 month to < 18 years.
C/I: Hypersens., incl. to other med. prod. from the echinochandin class.
