Dosage
50 mg daily in morning or evening with or without food. May increase with lack of response in 50 mg increase to maximum 200 mg/day.

Indications
For the treatment of symptoms of depression in patients with or without a history of mania. Following satisfactory response, continuation with sertraline therapy is effective in preventing relapse of the initial episode of depression or recurrence of further depressive episodes.

Drug interactions
Known hypersensitivity to sertraline or to any other ingredient of the preparation. Concomitant use in patients taking MAO inhibitors.
