(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor, Androgen Biosynthesis Inhibitor. niraparib 50 mg, 100 mg, Abiraterone Acetate 500 mg.
niraparib 100 or 50 mg (as tosylate monohydrate) and 500 mg abiraterone acetate equiv. to 446 mg of abiraterone
FC Tabs. 56 X (100 mg and 500 mg)  and 56 x X (50 mg and 500 mg )
Recomm. starting dose is 200 mg/1000 mg (two 100 mg niraparib/500 mg abiraterone acetate tab.), as a sgle dly dose at approx. the same time every day. The 50 mg/500 mg tab. is available for dose reduction. Treat until dis. progress. or unaccept. tox.
 With prednisone or prednisolone for adults with metast. castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and BRCA 1/2 mutations (germline and/or somatic) in whom chemother. is not clinically indicated.
C/I:  Hypersens. Women who are or may become pregnant.
Sev. hepatic impairm. (Child-Pugh Class C ).
This drug plus prednisone or prednisolone is contraindic. in combin. with Ra-223.
