Recommended dosage is 5 mg, no more than once/night, immediately before going to bed, with at least 7 hs remaining before the planned time of awakening. The dose may be incr. to the max. of 10 mg based on clinical response and tolerab. Time to sleep onset may be delayed if taken with or soon after a meal.
 Tmt of adults with insomnia, characterized by difficulties with sleep onset and/or sleep mainten.
C/I:Hypersens. Narcolepsy.

Monoclonal Antibody. Lecanemab 100 mg/ml.
Vial. Conc. for sol. for inf.1 X 2/5 ml
10 mg/kg to be diluted then admin. as an IV infus. over approx. one hour, once every two weeks
Tmt. of Alzheimer’s dis.To be initiated in pts. with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia stage of dis., the population in which tmt. was initiated in clinical trials:
C/I:Hypersens. Reactions have included angioedema and anaphylaxis.
