Dosage
One tablet daily during or after meals.
Indications
Reduction and improvement in endothelial function in normal subjects with hyperhomocysteinemia, renal failure, coronary artery disease. Hyperhomocysteinemia due to chronic artery disease undergoing PTCA treatment.
Contra-Indications

Drug interactions
Tetracyclines, quinolones, mineral supplements, antacids, penicillamine, methotrexate, phenytoin.
