Dosage
8 mg as slow I.V./I.M. injection immediately before tretment.

Indications
Management of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy and for prevention and treatment of post operative nausea and vomiting in adults and children aged 2 years and over.
Contra-Indications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients, pregnancy, lactation.

Side Effects
Constipation, headache, sensation of warmth or flushing, hiccups, increases in liver function tests, rare cases of bronchospasm, tachycardia/bradycardia, angina, hypokalemia, transient visual disturbances, dizziness.
