Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 teaspoon, 1-3 times a day.
Children 6-12 years old: 1/2 teaspoon 1-3 times a day.
Add the powedr to a cup of cool water, stir and drink. Immediately drink additional cup of liquid.
Indications
Constipation.
Contra-Indications
Intestinal obstruction, chronic bowel dysfunction.
